2. Services Offered

Sunrise Birth and Wellness, LLC provides HypnoBirthing classes related to pregnancy, birth and postpartum support, including but not limited to virtual group classes and private, in-person sessions. Services may be delivered online or in person, depending on the offering selected.

Private, in-person sessions may require the service provider to travel to the client’s location. Availability, location, fees and scheduling are subject to confirmation.

3. Educational and Medical Disclaimer

The content of and participation in these classes is not medical advice and is not intended to represent or replace medical advice or a prescription for a medical procedure. Be aware that you should seek the advice of a healthcare provider for any health-related or pregnancy-related issues surrounding your pregnancy, your labor, your birth, and the well-being of yourself, your family, and your child.

4. No Guarantees of Outcome

Sunrise Birth and Wellness, LLC makes no guarantees regarding specific birth outcomes, labor duration, medical interventions, or postpartum experiences. Individual results vary based on many factors beyond the instructor’s control.

5. Payments and Fees

Payment options may include payment in full through the Website, payment of a deposit through the Website with the remaining balance invoiced separately, or payment arranged directly through cash or check upon mutual agreement.

All fees, deposits and payment schedules will be communicated prior to the start of services. A $75 deposit is required to reserve a class spot and is non-refundable. Tuition refunds, if granted prior to the start of the course, will exclude the non-refundable deposit unless otherwise agreed to in writing at the sole discretion of Sunrise Birth and Wellness, LLC.

Failure to complete payment as agreed may result in cancellation of services.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

A deposit is required to reserve participation in classes or private sessions. Deposits are non-refundable, as they are used to purchase required course materials and secure the participant’s place.

If a participant is unable to attend a scheduled class session, the participant may attend the same class session during a future course offering, subject to availability.

In the event Sunrise Birth and Wellness, LLC must reschedule a class or session due to unforeseen circumstances, reasonable accommodations will be made to ensure that all enrolled participants are provided with an opportunity to attend a rescheduled or makeup session.

For private in-person sessions, Sunrise Birth and Wellness, LLC reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to illness, unsafe travel conditions, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In such cases, the session will be rescheduled at a mutually agreed-upon time.

7. Force Majeure

Sunrise Birth and Wellness, LLC shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performing services due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, internet outages, or other unforeseen circumstances.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and course materials, is the intellectual property of Sunrise Birth and Wellness, LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
